30-day money-back guarantee

Build Better Habit offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including Pro monthly and the Lifetime plan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date — no awkward questions.

How to request a refund

Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order you would like refunded and follow the prompts.
  3. Alternatively, contact us through the in-app support option and we will help you initiate the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling a Pro subscription stops future renewals. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period, after which your account automatically returns to the Free plan. You can cancel any time from the "Manage Subscription" link on your profile, which opens Paddle's customer portal.

Outside the refund window

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion (for example for billing errors or unused renewals).
